Founding Crew terms

1. What the Founding Crew is

The Founding Crew is the first 50 agencies that help us build WPLogbook before launch. Applications close on 31 December 2026, or earlier when 50 agencies have joined. We choose agencies with at least 10 client sites, EU first.

2. Your locked price

You pay €2.50 per site per month, excluding VAT, for everything in the Crew plan. That price never goes up, for as long as your subscription runs without a break. The regular price for Crew will be €4 per site per month.

The Crew plan includes the timeline, error tracking, uptime monitoring, Update Weather alerts and holds, Tally’s work as described in section 4, client handover reports and a 13-month record. When we improve these features, the improvements are part of your locked price.

If you cancel and come back later, the regular price applies.

3. Extras we add later

We may launch new paid extras that cost us real money to run, such as daily backups or a longer archive. These are not part of the locked price. As Founding Crew you get 25% off the list price of every extra, for as long as your subscription runs. You never have to take an extra to keep your locked price.

4. Tally

Tally’s automatic work on your incidents, client messages and reports is always included, without a limit. Questions you ask Tally yourself have a fair allowance of 25 per site per month, shared across your account. How that allowance works, and how Tally handles your data, is set out in section 5 of our terms of service and in our data processing agreement.

One promise on top, just for the Founding Crew: we never lower your question allowance. If we later sell extra questions, section 3 applies, including your 25% off.

5. Until launch

• WPLogbook is free for you until launch. We don’t ask for payment details.
• Your first invoice comes after launch, and only once you’ve told us it’s useful.
• You can stop at any moment, without cost.

6. What we ask in return

• Install WPLogbook on at least 10 client sites.
• A 30-minute call with us each month, for the first three months.
• An honest quote when you’re ready. We only publish it, and your name or logo, with your written permission, and you can withdraw that at any time.

These are agreements in good faith, not conditions with penalties. If something gets in the way, tell us and we’ll work it out.

7. Leaving

Your subscription runs per month and you can cancel each month. You can export your full record in an open format, before and after you leave. The record belongs to your clients’ sites, not to us.

8. Changes to these terms

We will never change your locked price, and never lower your Tally question allowance in section 4. If we change anything else here, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance by email.

9. The legal part

These terms sit alongside our general terms of service and our data processing agreement. If they conflict, these terms win on your price, extras and Tally allowance. Dutch law applies.
